Ian | The CULINARY
Hailing from San Francisco, Ian’s approach to the kitchen is informed by a foundation of technical & creative excellence with classic flavors. With a BA in Economics from UC Davis and an AS in Culinary Arts from the City College of San Francisco, he balances refined technique with a creative, California-inspired palate.
Ian honed his craft in some of the most rigorous kitchens in the country, including the Michelin-starred Michael Mina, the critically acclaimed AQ in San Francisco, and various catering companies across Chicago & the Bay Area serving companies like Nike, Mountain Dew, Apple, & Lexus.
His experience in these high-pressure, seasonally-driven environments taught him that a menu is like a musical score—building tension through appetizers, reaching a climax with the entrée, and offering a sweet, melodic resolution with dessert.
Jacqueline | The CRESCENDO
A native of Chicago, Jacqueline’s journey has taken her from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign to the world’s most prestigious stages. As an alumna of the San Francisco Opera Adler Fellowship, she has spent her career mastering the demanding heroines of the operatic canon.
Her performances are defined by a rare combination of dramatic power and vocal purity, leading to engagements with the Polish National Opera, Seattle Opera, Portland Opera, and Hawai’i Opera Theatre. A celebrated competitor on the national stage, Jacqueline was a Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition Semi-Finalist and has performed with various symphonies across the United States.
